How Do I Order a Hair System?

We make it simple and easy! At the online store you will make simple selections such as what hair system, hair density, hair color, etc. If you know all your specs, click appropriately. You can also send in your hair sample to us if you're not sure what color you are. Always feel free to contact us to help assist the first time if needed; we are glad to help. Do You Use Real Human Hair?

Yes, we always use the highest quality human hair.

How Long Will My New System Last?

Hair systems can last 3 to 6 months. Depends on how rough they're treated. It is truly a personal decision. The newer the hair system, the more vibrant the hair will be.

When Will I Receive My New Hair System?

Stock hair systems will take less than 10 business days. Custom orders can take up to 6 to 8 weeks, or you can pay $50.00 and receive them in 4 to 5 weeks.

After My First Order, Will My Price Go Up?

Your prices will not go up when you reorder. You will pay the same price. We committed to keeping our prices affordable and low for you. Our hope is this will allow you to afford to wear a fresh-looking hair system each and every day.

Can You Copy My Existing Unit Exactly?

Absolutely! Send it to us, and we’ll be glad to have it duplicated exactly. You can even specify changes in base material, hair color, hair density, etc.

Will the Lace Match My Skin Color?

Our laces and skins are transparent and extra light, allowing your natural skin tone to show through. Even if you tan during the summer, the base will remain invisible.

What Do I Do With That Strip of Bare Lace on My New Hair System?

All new lace systems have a strip of bare lace at the front that needs to be trimmed away. It is easy to trim that excess lace with a pair of sharp scissors, BUT—be sure to leave a 1/8″–1/4″ strip of bare lace ahead of the actual hairline. Why? Having the bare lace in front means that if the lace starts to fray a bit, you will not lose hair at the hairline. When it is attached, that small strip of lace disappears against your skin.

What is Your Return Policy?

You can return a system within 2 weeks of purchase, unless it has been used, washed, shampooed, or otherwise adjusted.
